Assistant Manager – CVM Campaign & Personalization Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Commercial / Customer Value Creation team in Jordan. You will work on client engagements to design, implement and optimise customer value management (CVM) and personalization programmes that drive revenue growth and reduce churn.

Key responsibilities

• Support client discovery workshops, data assessments and KPI baseline activities.
• Help translate commercial goals into segmentation frameworks, eligibility rules and contact policies.
• Analyse customer behaviour and demographics to create segments and basic propositions.
• Embed churn, propensity and uplift scores from data‑science models into real‑time or batch decisioning.
• Plan, execute and optimise end‑to‑end marketing campaigns across SMS, email and app notifications.
• Set up test‑and‑control methodologies, define success metrics and report on KPI performance such as churn rate, CLV and ROI.
• Act as liaison between marketing, product, sales, channel and data‑science teams to ensure consistent customer experience and audit‑ready documentation.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in CVM, personalization and campaign management on production data.
• Proven experience in experiment design (holdouts, stratification) and measuring incremental value.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen to deliver measurable business results.
• In‑house CVM experience at a corporate entity or multi‑client consulting projects.
• Structured problem‑solving, client facilitation and ability to support executive narratives.
• Clear communication and ability to follow runbooks and document decisions for audit purposes.
