Associate Vendor Operations

About the role

As an Associate Vendor Operations you will support the Local Operations Manager and Account Managers in day‑to‑day vendor activities. You will be the primary operational contact for vendors, ensuring requests, system updates and issues are handled accurately and on time to drive vendor performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding new vendors, scanning inventory and creating accurate catalog assortments.
• Update vendor information such as opening hours, contact numbers and product assortments.
• Coordinate monthly scanning schedules, update catalogs and price changes promptly.
• Maintain and update vendor assortment catalogs, inventory and pricing integrations.
• Identify and resolve operational issues affecting performance, such as out‑of‑stock items or pricing errors.
• Generate reports on vendor assortment performance and share insights with the local operations manager.
• Ensure vendors receive proper training, tools and process documentation.
• Act as the point of contact for technical or process incidents, creating tickets and providing immediate guidance.
• Collaborate with other vendor coordinators across markets to share best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operational, vendor support or marketplace roles.
• Strong understanding of vendor operations, catalog management and inventory processes.
• Ability to document processes and operational guidelines.
• Comfortable working with data, extracting insights and reporting.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to prioritize and escalate issues.
• Experience in grocery or quick‑commerce operations is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to build trusted relationships with partners.
