About the role
The Employee Relations Specialist acts as the strategic operational and legal anchor for our multi‑market presence, ensuring seamless HR service delivery and full statutory compliance. You will be the primary liaison between employees and local regulatory bodies, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle across all branch locations.
Key responsibilities
- Direct end‑to‑end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, off‑boarding, visa coordination, and disciplinary actions in line with local labor laws.
- Lead multi‑country payroll operations, preparing monthly benefit sheets and managing multi‑currency salary distributions.
- Maintain and administer government compliance portals, social insurance platforms, and electronic tax authority systems.
- Provide expert legal and labor advisory, ensuring internal policies reflect real‑time regulatory updates.
- Execute accurate End‑of‑Service and final settlement calculations for all markets.
- Support cross‑border financial operations, including Cost‑to‑Company simulations and health‑insurance payments.
- Administer the ZenHR HRIS to centralize workforce data, generate compliant salary slips, and ensure attendance accuracy.
- Own documentation integrity, conduct regular audits of contracts, trade licenses, and insurance policies.
- Prepare and deliver operational reports on workforce metrics and compliance status to senior management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or personnel management.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ZenHR HRIS.
