Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant joins the Guest Environment team at The Ritz‑Carlton Amman, delivering the brand’s Gold Standards of service. You will ensure rooms and public areas are immaculate, while responding to guest requests with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring beds, bathrooms, and furnishings meet luxury standards.
• Maintain public spaces, corridors, and service areas in a pristine condition.
• Stock cleaning carts and supply rooms with necessary amenities.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and service calls.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure all areas comply with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, or move for extended periods.
• Physical capacity to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance, and clear communication.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace and upholding quality standards.
• Respect for guest privacy and confidentiality.
