People & Culture Specialist

About the role

Eon Dental is seeking a People & Culture Specialist to join its fast‑growing team in Jordan. Reporting to the People & Culture Transformation Lead, you will ensure smooth HR operations across multiple countries, focusing on payroll accuracy, compliance, and an excellent employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and verify employee data for payroll cycles, including salary adjustments and deductions.
• Own end‑to‑end payroll processing for several countries, ensuring timeliness and regulatory compliance.
• Perform payroll validations, reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies before processing.
• Coordinate with Finance and external payroll/EOR providers for accurate execution and reporting.
• Facilitate onboarding, including paperwork, orientations, and initial training.
• Manage off‑boarding procedures, exit interviews, and termination paperwork.
• Address employee inquiries on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and resolve provider issues.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives such as team‑building and wellness programs.
• Monitor morale, implement retention initiatives, and support workplace culture.
• Coordinate training sessions, maintain training records, and track participation.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of local labor regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to handle onboarding and off‑boarding processes efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for employee support and stakeholder coordination.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
