Senior Consultant – Infrastructure & Real Estate – Development & Asset Management

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Real Estate Advisory team in Amman. The role focuses on infrastructure and real‑estate development and asset management across the Middle East, providing strategic, financial and valuation advice to developers, investors, landowners and government entities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing the delivery of engagements from inception to completion.
• Prepare client reports, development appraisals and strategic recommendations for residential, office, retail, hospitality and industrial projects.
• Deliver market, financial and strategic advisory services, including project finance, capital raising and forensic support.
• Conduct valuations in line with RICS Red Book standards and support audit‑assist activities.
• Lead transaction due diligence, financial modelling and valuation exercises for mixed‑use and master‑planned schemes.
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues while collaborating with design and multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Minimum MRICS or CFA Level II qualification.
• Proven experience in real‑estate advisory, valuation, and transaction due diligence.
• Willingness to travel across the Middle East for client engagements.
• Strong client‑facing and leadership capabilities.
