Senior Proposals Engineer

About the role

Kinetics is seeking a Senior Proposals Engineer to join its Amman office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will lead the creation of competitive, technically accurate proposals that support our industrial equipment and supplies business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, write, and submit proposals and bid documents in response to customer requirements.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to align technical content with commercial objectives.
• Evaluate customer specifications and ensure all technical solutions meet or exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production departments to gather accurate data.
• Provide technical support throughout the procurement and bidding process, addressing client queries and clarifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in proposal and bid preparation, preferably within the industrial equipment sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
