About the role
As a Senior Sales Consultant for the MINI brand, you will lead the launch and growth of this newly appointed automotive line, shaping its market presence while directly contributing to sales performance. The role blends brand management, marketing strategy, and hands‑on car sales to ensure every customer interaction reflects MINI’s premium identity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies to boost awareness and positioning.
- Support product launches, campaigns, and activations both digitally and on‑ground.
- Plan and run test‑drive events, lifestyle experiences, and community initiatives.
- Manage the full sales funnel: prospecting, test drives, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, after‑sales, and management teams to align objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.
- Represent MINI at corporate, media, and customer‑facing engagements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in marketing, brand management, or sales; automotive experience is a plus.
- Valid driving licence.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Creative, energetic, proactive with strong ownership mindset.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and lead‑management systems.
- Basic sales reporting capabilities.
- Digital marketing concepts including social media, content creation, and campaign execution.
