Site Reliability Engineer – Ecosystem Operations

About the role

As a Site Reliability Engineer you will support SITA's Ecosystem, ensuring high product performance and operational visibility through monitoring, endpoint management and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions. You will administer vendor tools, oversee IT service deployments with minimal disruption, and create comprehensive documentation and remediation strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support, problem and vendor management for ecosystem applications.
• Define and enforce policies, standards and best practices to improve adoption.
• Promote automation and efficiency improvements across engineering and operations.
• Conduct training and skill development for support teams.
• Maintain documentation, knowledge repositories and the event catalogue.
• Lead IT projects, set KPIs and track performance.
• Implement continuous‑improvement initiatives and facilitate cross‑department communication.
• Support ITSM and ITIL processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 4‑5 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, automation, application support and cloud‑based solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with MDM solutions (e.g., SCCM, Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, SOTI, MobiControl, ManageEngine).
• Experience with ADDS, ADFS, DHCP and Azure AD.
• Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Batch, Bash) and programming languages (Python, C/C++, JavaScript/TypeScript) plus SQL.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Nexthink, NGOSS, Dynatrace) and basic network troubleshooting.
• Relevant certifications in OS/Cloud management (Windows Server, Linux, Azure, VMWare).
