About the role
As a Spa Attendant at a luxury hotel, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the spa, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from arrival to departure. You will support the spa team by promoting services, handling reservations, and delivering courteous guest service.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and check‑in spa guests, providing information about treatments and facilities.
- Promote spa services and retail products, upselling where appropriate.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage spa appointments using the reservation system.
- Process payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, including tidying treatment rooms and public areas.
- Assist with light lifting and moving of items up to 10 lb unaided (25 lb with assistance).
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and uniform standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior spa or hospitality experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a professional appearance.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy for reservation software.
