Strategy Consultant – Real Estate (Jordan)

About the role

EY‑Parthenon is seeking a Strategy Consultant to join its Real Estate practice in Jordan. The role will support sovereign wealth funds, developers and hospitality/tourism clients across the real estate lifecycle, delivering strategic roadmaps, feasibility studies and market‑entry plans.

Key responsibilities

• Support real estate, hospitality and tourism clients in shaping and delivering strategic priorities.
• Develop strategy roadmaps, feasibility studies, concept designs, destination and tourism strategies.
• Conduct growth and market‑entry analysis, valuations, transaction support and greenfield development assessments.
• Contribute to major regional development projects, acquisitions and operator selection.
• Deliver high‑quality analytical insights and mentor junior team members.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a top‑ranking university with strong academic performance.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in strategy work, preferably within real‑estate consulting, advisory or development.
• MBA from a leading business school is a plus.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, CAIA or RICS are preferred.
• Experience in commercial real estate, hospitality or tourism focusing on strategy, acquisition, due diligence, valuation, finance or market research.
• Willingness to travel across the MENA region as needed.
