Technical Consultant – Oracle Technology Consulting

About the role

EY MENA is seeking a Technical Consultant to join its rapidly expanding Technology Consulting team. The role focuses on Oracle ERP solutions, supporting large‑scale transformation programs across the Middle East and North Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical ERP support and resolve user issues.
• Develop custom ERP forms, modules, reports, and configure standard and custom ERP components.
• Design, build, and test integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other integration methods (FBDI, APIs, messaging).
• Collaborate with functional consultants to analyze business requirements and produce technical designs.
• Customize and extend Oracle Fusion applications using Composer tools.
• Generate reports with BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Drive improvements in system performance, scalability, and reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 4–10 years of experience in Oracle ERP development, including at least 2–3 Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.

• Oracle Fusion Applications (eBusiness Suite, Fusion HCM, CRM, Infrastructure, Siebel, PeopleSoft, Primavera, Hyperion)
• PL/SQL, BI Publisher, ADF, OAF
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• RICE/RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)
• Data migration tools: FBDI, HDL, ADFDI
• XML, JSON, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs
• APEX, DevOps or automation tools (advantage)
