About the role
The Technical Sales Engineer will work on‑site in Amman, linking client needs with advanced engineering solutions. You will support the sales process by providing technical expertise and fostering strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify client requirements and propose tailored automation, control, instrumentation, and energy‑efficiency solutions.
- Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, from initial inquiry to post‑sale implementation.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams.
- Drive sales engineering activities to achieve organizational targets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure solution feasibility and delivery.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in technical sales.
- Degree in mechanical or mechatronics engineering.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven sales expertise, including negotiation and deal closing.
- Capability to analyse client needs and design customized solutions.
