Account Manager – Jordan Market

About the role

Ready to make an impact in one of Etihad Airways’ key regional markets? The Account Manager will join the Sales team in Amman, taking ownership of a portfolio of Jordanian accounts, building strong relationships and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve commercial and revenue targets.
• Build long‑term relationships with existing accounts and act as a trusted commercial partner.
• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities across the Jordanian market.
• Use sales data, customer insights and market intelligence to prioritize opportunities and support commercial decisions.
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements within established guidelines.
• Maintain accurate account information in Etihad’s CRM and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, sales or business development with a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong relationship‑building, communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Commercial and analytical mindset, comfortable using data and market insights.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, stakeholders and priorities effectively.
• Proactive, results‑oriented attitude with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in airlines, aviation or travel industry is a plus, though strong B2B sales experience is also valued.
