Asset & Warehouse Specialist – Aqaba

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Asset & Warehouse Specialist to oversee the full lifecycle of company assets, manage inventory, and ensure efficient warehouse operations. The role requires close collaboration with Finance, Maintenance, Projects, and Operations teams to maintain accurate records and support procurement planning.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the asset register, including tagging, classification, location records, and related documentation such as warranties and manuals.
• Conduct physical asset verification, reconciliation, and coordinate asset data with Finance and other departments.
• Manage spare parts, consumables, tools, and materials – controlling receiving, issuing, transfers, returns, and stock adjustments.
• Monitor stock levels, support forecasting, and investigate discrepancies through regular counts.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and safe handling of materials.
• Optimize warehouse space, maintain organized records, and enforce compliance with inventory procedures.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to maintain accurate asset registers and manage the full asset lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy and reporting skills.
• Effective communication and coordination with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platforms.
• Knowledge of dedicated Asset Management systems.
