Associate Onboarding/Offboarding Specialist (Contractor)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Contractor to join its HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC) as an Associate Onboarding/Offboarding Specialist for the Jordan region. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end onboarding and employee exit processes, ensuring compliance with immigration requirements and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Services to receive new‑joiner information and share onboarding checklists.
• Assist new joiners in completing onboarding tasks, answer queries, and collect required documents both physically and electronically.
• Work with the Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage immigration paperwork, visa cancellations, and family member immigration support.
• Liaise with internal teams to arrange company assets, accounts, and other joining formalities.
• Handle exit tickets in ServiceNow, provide exiting employees with checklists, and coordinate visa cancellation with the PRO.
• Assess eligibility for the Deloitte Middle East Alumni program and guide qualified former employees.
• Prepare periodic status reports for new joiners and exiting employees using predefined templates.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities within a regional context.
• Familiarity with immigration processes and interaction with PROs.
• Ability to manage documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Strong communication skills to support employees and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using ServiceNow for ticket resolution and reporting.
