Automated Lifecycle Specialist

About the role

Equiti is seeking a detail‑oriented Automated Lifecycle Specialist to join its Digital Product department. This fully remote position will work closely with a Dubai‑based team to design, execute, and optimise data‑driven, multi‑channel customer journeys across the client lifecycle in a fast‑paced fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop lifecycle strategies to convert, engage, and re‑engage clients at key stages.
• Design and launch multi‑channel campaigns via email, push, in‑app, and WhatsApp.
• Build and maintain behavioural and transactional audience segments for personalisation.
• Launch and optimise automated, trigger‑based campaigns using data insights.
• Run A/B tests on messaging, timing, frequency, and audience to improve conversion.
• Analyse campaign and client behaviour data to continuously improve performance.
• Support product and feature launches by driving adoption through lifecycle channels.
• Collaborate with product, BI, tech, and commercial teams on data, APIs, segmentation, and journey execution.
• Contribute to messaging, copy, and campaign design while ensuring relevance and compliance.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or marketing automation within fintech, trading, or digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of client lifecycle, segmentation, and personalisation.
• Hands‑on experience designing and optimising automated campaigns.
