Bilingual Property Manager Virtual Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Portuguese‑speaking Virtual Assistant to support our growing property management operations. The role is fully remote and focuses on short‑term rental coordination, guest communication, and administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for property management operations.
• Manage guest communications in English and Portuguese.
• Assist with reservations, inquiries, and booking management.
• Coordinate with property owners, guests, cleaners, and maintenance teams.
• Update calendars and booking platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
• Perform general virtual assistant and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and verbal).
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
• Experience in property management or short‑term rentals.
• Hands‑on experience with Airbnb and Booking.com.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
