Brand Manager

About the role

AutoBeeb is seeking a full‑time Brand Manager to lead brand strategy and positioning for its automotive portfolio in the Middle East. Based in Amman, you will ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies, campaigns and positioning initiatives.
• Plan, launch and monitor digital and social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align brand assets with business goals.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights and performance metrics to optimise brand impact.
• Maintain brand standards with external partners and vendors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management and marketing, preferably in the automotive or B2B sector.
• Strong background in digital marketing, social media and content planning.
• Ability to conduct market research and interpret data‑driven insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
