Business Analyst – M&A & Corporate Finance

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Strategy & Transactions team in Jordan. The role focuses on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance projects, supporting clients through research, financial modelling and transaction documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Research key industry trends, company‑specific information and relevant financial data using internal databases and tools.
• Assist in building financial models to support client decision‑making and negotiations.
• Develop and analyse financial forecasts to estimate business valuation using comparable companies, DCF and transaction multiples, including sensitivity and scenario analysis.
• Analyse financial and other data for visualization and insight generation.
• Prepare transaction collaterals such as teasers and information memoranda.
• Evaluate a company’s operational and financial performance, capital structure and growth prospects.
• Support senior team members throughout the transaction lifecycle.
