Business Development Manager – ERP Solutions

About the role

The Business Development Manager – ERP Solutions will be based in Amman, Jordan, focusing on identifying and developing new business opportunities for ERP solutions across target industries. The role involves close collaboration with pre‑sales, delivery, and finance teams to ensure solutions are accurately scoped and competitively positioned.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for ERP solutions across target industries.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, maintaining a healthy pipeline.
• Build and nurture relationships with C‑level decision makers and understand client processes to propose suitable ERP solutions.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales consultants and solution architects to develop tailored proposals and respond to tenders.
• Monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis and contribute to go‑to‑market strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, provide sales forecasts and report on performance against KPIs.

Required profile

• 10+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Minimum 6 years selling ERP software or enterprise technology solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Infor, Odoo, or Sage.
• Knowledge of ERP modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, and Project Management.
