About the role
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join a growing marketing agency in Amman. You will be a key part of the sales engine, reaching out to prospects, building relationships, and turning conversations into new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and contact prospective clients.
- Build rapport and trust with decision‑makers.
- Support the sales pipeline from initial outreach to closing deals.
- Attend in‑person client meetings and deliver presentations as needed.
Required profile
- Confident, articulate communicator comfortable presenting and pitching in person.
- Polished, professional client‑facing presence with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Genuinely energized by in‑person client work; this is not a desk‑only role.
- Capable of representing the brand credibly to senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.

- Base salary: 600 JOD.
- Direct client and senior‑stakeholder exposure.
