Business Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Representative to drive new revenue opportunities. You will identify and qualify prospects, build a robust pipeline, and support the sales team with high‑quality leads.

Key responsibilities

• Research and target potential customers and accounts.
• Prospect via phone, email, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Conduct outbound outreach and generate qualified leads.
• Qualify prospects based on needs, business requirements and fit.
• Run discovery conversations to uncover challenges and opportunities.
• Schedule meetings, demos and sales calls for qualified prospects.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline and accurate CRM records.
• Track outreach activity, lead progression and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing and other internal teams.
• Provide feedback on market trends and prospect responses.

Required profile

• Results‑driven with strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Highly organized, able to manage time and follow‑up consistently.
• Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining a steady prospecting routine.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
