Business Support Hub – Technology Consulting

About the role

Join EY’s Business Support Hub within Technology Consulting to act as a strategic enabler for pursuit teams. You will provide industry insights, intelligence, and reusable assets that shape EY’s value proposition and help craft client‑aligned proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Understand pursuit objectives, prioritize requests and align with teams on outcomes and deadlines.
• Analyze industry trends, market dynamics and competitor activity to generate actionable intelligence.
• Gather and enrich client account data to identify opportunities and shape winning strategies.
• Develop compelling perspectives that address client challenges and showcase EY’s methodologies and case studies.
• Coordinate proposal development, manage timelines, facilitate internal reviews and maintain trackers and dashboards.
• Review proposal content for grammar, formatting and visual appeal; conduct end‑to‑end quality assurance.
• Collect, store and archive pursuit and market research data for knowledge management.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize market and client information.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate insights and recommendations.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple requests while meeting strict deadlines.
• Proactive collaborator who can work closely with pursuit and delivery teams.
