Client Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Client Support Specialist to deliver professional assistance, resolve client concerns, and ensure a positive experience throughout the client relationship. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can understand client needs, manage requests efficiently, and build strong professional relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, chat, and other channels.
• Provide accurate, timely information based on client needs and company procedures.
• Assist with account‑related issues, service concerns, and general questions.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver effective solutions in a professional manner.
• Follow up to confirm that client requests have been resolved.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate internal team.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, requests, and resolutions.
• Monitor open requests, ensure timely follow‑up, and identify recurring concerns for internal feedback.

Required profile

• Previous experience in client support, customer service, account management, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, handling multiple requests while maintaining quality.
• Professional, proactive, and client‑oriented attitude.
