Deal Specialist – Pursuits Excellence (MENA)

About the role

EY is looking for a Deal Specialist to join its MENA Pursuits Excellence team. Based in Pakistan, Lebanon or Jordan, you will support high‑value pursuits across the region, driving proposal development and deal strategy in partnership with client‑serving teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end pursuit lifecycle from qualification to close, ensuring timely, high‑quality deliverables.
• Drive and track pursuit project plans, timelines, workstreams, inter‑dependencies and milestones.
• Facilitate strategy discussions and craft differentiated win themes that address client needs while protecting EY’s interests.
• Develop client‑facing content such as proposals, executive summaries and presentations in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Plan and support oral presentations, strategic messaging and final client meetings.
• Build and maintain pursuit infrastructure using Microsoft Teams, trackers and calendars.
• Coordinate with creative services, insights professionals and internal resources to elevate proposal quality.
• Capture lessons learned to improve EY’s pursuit best practices and tools.
• Promote the use of AI‑enabled proposal development tools to increase efficiency.
• Act as the “glue” of the pursuit team, keeping all members aligned and focused on the win strategy.

Required profile

• Strong project‑management and organisational abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to produce clear, persuasive client‑centric content.
• Deep understanding of pursuit or business‑development environments.
• Ability to influence and challenge teams constructively to drive strategic thinking.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven settings with competing priorities.
