Director of Sales – Multi Property

About the role

The Director of Sales – Multi Property leads all day‑to‑day sales activities, focusing on building long‑term, value‑based customer relationships to achieve the property’s sales objectives. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, ensuring revenue targets are met while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with senior leadership, aligning plans with revenue, customer, and market goals.
• Set and monitor personal and team booking targets, recommending goals for direct reports.
• Oversee daily sales activities, approve space releases for catering, and participate in sales calls to acquire and close new business.
• Generate proposals, draft contracts, and manage customer correspondence for booked business.
• Analyze market data using sales systems, support revenue projections, and review guest satisfaction results to drive improvements.
• Lead by example in customer service, gather guest feedback, and empower staff to maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Either a 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field with at least 3 years of sales/marketing experience, or a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead sales teams, achieve booking goals, and manage revenue‑focused initiatives.
