D&T Sr Analyst - DevOps Release Management

About the role

The Senior Analyst in Change and Release Management is a key member of the DevOps team, responsible for streamlining software development and delivery processes. You will integrate development and operations, drive automation, and ensure reliable, secure releases across multiple environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows.
• Manage cloud and on‑premises infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and cost‑effectiveness.
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of software releases across environments.
• Automate repetitive tasks and configure management tools to maintain consistency.
• Implement incident management processes, conduct post‑incident reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor and optimize cloud and infrastructure costs while supporting operational and project needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in release management, with strong automation and deployment expertise.

Required skills

• Linux and Windows operating systems.
• CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub, AWS CodeDeploy).
• Version control (Git).
• Programming/scripting (Python, Shell).
• Experience with distributed data systems (Elasticsearch, Cassandra).
• Monitoring and diagnostics tools (Elastic APM, DebugDiag).
