Fintech Course Trainer

About the role

The Fintech Course Trainer will design, develop and deliver remote training programmes focused on financial technology concepts, tools and industry practices. Working on a contract basis for Manageperts, the trainer will create structured lesson plans, prepare learning materials and facilitate online sessions for learners with varying experience levels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive FinTech curricula and lesson plans.
• Prepare engaging learning materials, case studies and practical exercises.
• Facilitate interactive virtual training sessions using video‑conferencing platforms.
• Explain complex FinTech topics in clear, accessible language.
• Assess learner progress, provide feedback and update content to reflect current trends and regulations.
• Collaborate with Manageperts to align training outcomes with client objectives.

Required profile

• Strong teaching and training skills with experience delivering virtual programmes.
• Demonstrated knowledge of FinTech domains such as digital payments, blockchain, digital banking and financial analytics.
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., FTIP®) or comparable credential.
• Academic background in finance, economics, business, IT or a related field.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and organizational abilities.
