Fixed Asset Register & Valuation Senior Consultant (1‑Year Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to lead the development and governance of Fixed Asset Registers (FAR) for public‑sector infrastructure assets in Jordan. The role focuses on asset data management, IFRS‑based valuation, and reconciliation of real‑estate and infrastructure holdings over a one‑year engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and enhance Fixed Asset Registers for public infrastructure projects.
• Manage, organize and govern fixed‑asset data, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Develop and apply asset data governance frameworks.
• Conduct IFRS‑based valuation and reconciliation of infrastructure and real‑estate assets.
• Apply IAS 16 and IAS 40 requirements to asset‑related activities.
• Review and reconcile asset information to support complete and accurate records.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders on data, valuation and reconciliation tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., finance, accounting, engineering).
• Proven expertise in Fixed Asset Register development and asset data management.
• Experience with asset data governance frameworks.
• Strong background in infrastructure and real‑estate asset valuation.
• Hands‑on experience with IFRS‑based asset valuation and reconciliation.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
