Flutter App Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Flutter App Developer to create and enhance mobile applications that power factory floor operations worldwide. Based in Amman, you will collaborate closely with backend, product and UX teams to deliver reliable, user‑friendly tools for operators, supervisors and quality teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Flutter applications for Android and optionally iOS.
• Implement intuitive, responsive UIs based on provided UX/UI designs.
• Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs and real‑time data sources.
• Define API requirements and data structures together with backend engineers.
• Optimize performance, offline behavior and error handling for harsh shop‑floor environments.
• Write clean, testable code and contribute to automated testing suites.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Work with product and design teams to deliver features that solve real customer problems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of professional mobile development experience.
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on Flutter development.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Flutter framework and Dart language.
• Flutter architecture patterns such as BLoC, Provider or Riverpod.
• Integration with RESTful APIs.
• State management, navigation and app lifecycle handling.
• Git version control and collaborative workflows.
• Mobile performance monitoring and debugging tools.
