Game Artist (Mobile Games & Arabic Localization)

About the role

Tamatem Games is seeking a versatile Game Artist who can create high‑quality visual assets for multiple mobile titles and Arabic localisation projects. You will work across in‑game art, UI/UX, promotional moments and brand design, ensuring consistency and cultural relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Produce in‑game assets such as UI screens, icons, illustrations, event art, splash screens and social assets for various game genres.
• Adapt visual assets to diverse styles – casual, anime MMORPG, medieval SLG, card‑game aesthetics.
• Validate assets against technical constraints (file size, RTL integrity, accessibility, performance) and deliver clean hand‑offs.
• Lead Arabic localisation passes, including RTL layouts, Arabic typography and culturally‑adapted graphics.
• Create promotional art for LiveOps events, seasonal moments (Ramadan, Eid, National Day) and feature launches.
• Collaborate with brand designers on pitch decks, event identities, social‑media assets and internal communications.
• Maintain visual quality, mentor junior artists and contribute to creative reviews.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of visual design experience, with at least 2 years in mobile gaming or a closely related field.
• Strong graphic design foundation covering typography, layout, hierarchy and composition.
• Ability to work across multiple visual languages and maintain cultural relevance for Arabic audiences.
