Growth & Partnerships Lead

About the role

Al-Alpha Health is a men’s health startup seeking an entrepreneurial Growth & Partnerships Lead to drive the next stage of its expansion across the Arab world. This hands‑on role will focus on creating and nurturing strategic relationships that translate into partnerships, sponsorships, distribution deals and funding opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and open new partnership opportunities across sponsorship, distribution and funding.
• Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders in healthcare, fitness and wellness sectors.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase brand awareness and user acquisition in the target market.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align partnership initiatives with company objectives.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements that deliver revenue and strategic value.

Required profile

• Based in Jordan or Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in startups, marketing, business development or partnerships.
• Proven ability to create relationships from scratch and deliver results.
• Interest or background in healthcare, fitness, wellness or consumer health.
• Motivation to contribute to an early‑stage company’s growth.
