Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Guest Environment Specialist

About the role

The Guest Environment Expert ensures that every guest experiences a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the hotel. Working on Al-Hashemi Street in Aqaba, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and hygiene of rooms, public areas, and service spaces. This role is essential to delivering the high‑standard hospitality that Marriott International is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items such as amenities, linens, and supplies.
• Stock housekeeping carts, manage inventory of cleaning products, and ensure equipment is functional.
• Follow safety procedures, maintain confidentiality, and uphold quality and uniform standards.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to a safe work environment.
• Professional appearance, reliable attendance, and teamwork orientation.
