Infant Teacher – Early Childhood Education

About the role

Cadence Education is seeking a passionate Infant Teacher to join its South Jordan campus. You will help create a warm, nurturing environment where the youngest learners feel safe, valued, and inspired to explore.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the teaching team to set up a cozy, engaging classroom that supports infant development.
• Observe and document daily milestones, sharing progress with families.
• Deliver age‑appropriate, research‑based curriculum activities that stimulate curiosity.
• Respond to each child’s cues, ensuring safety while encouraging language, play, and sensory exploration.
• Model positive behavior and serve as a caring role model for infants and peers.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Meets all state preschool teacher licensing requirements.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work during business hours.
• Experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare is a plus.
