Information Assurance/Security Engineer

About the role

Deploy360 is seeking an Information Assurance/Security Engineer to join its Jordan team. The role focuses on translating security and business requirements into robust technical designs and ensuring the ongoing protection of information systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement information assurance and security engineering solutions covering business continuity, cryptography, forensics, regulatory compliance, insider‑threat detection, and physical security analysis.
• Assess and mitigate system security threats throughout the program life‑cycle, validate security requirements, and perform system certification and accreditation planning.
• Configure, test, and validate secure systems, conduct network scanning and vulnerability analysis, and ensure DoD/IC policy compliance.
• Install, configure, and maintain defense devices, manage signatures, patches, and troubleshoot deployed security solutions.
• Provide security certification testing, vulnerability management, security assessments, and customer support on security issues.

Required profile

• High School diploma with at least 9 years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
• Active TS/SCI clearance and a State‑accredited Professional Engineer (PE) license issued by NCEES.
