نبذة عن الوظيفة
تسعى ماريوت إلى تقديم تجارب لا تُنسى للضيوف في فندق ريتز كارلتون بعمان. دور خبير تجربة الضيوف يهدف إلى إرشاد الضيوف خلال إقامتهم وتوفير خدمات شاملة تعكس معايير الخدمة الفاخرة.
المهام الرئيسية
- معالجة احتياجات العمليات اليومية وتسجيل طلبات الضيوف.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير عن الأنشطة اليومية.
- توفير معلومات عن المعالم المحلية وإرشاد الضيوف.
- التحرك داخل الفندق للقيام بمهام تتطلب الوقوف أو المشي لفترات طويلة.
- رفع ونقل أشياء لا تتجاوز وزن 10 أرطال دون مساعدة.
الملف المطلوب
- دبلوم مدرسة ثانوية أو ما يعادله (GED).
- لا يشترط خبرة سابقة في المجال.
- عدم وجود خبرة إدارية أو رخص خاصة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على التواصل الفعّال مع الضيوف.
- الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والسرية.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الحركة.
