Multi-Country Representative – MENA (Amman)

About the role

IMPACT Initiatives is seeking a senior Multi-Country Representative to lead its regional hub in Amman and oversee integrated humanitarian missions across the MENA region. The role will manage program teams, represent the organisation with regional partners and drive fundraising efforts for the hub’s activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate integrated missions in Yemen, Lebanon and Libya, ensuring delivery of programme objectives.
• Provide direct supervision to regional staff and establish effective team structures aligned with IMPACT guidance.
• Host and manage the Amman Multi-Country Office, including administrative, operational and logistical support.
• Represent IMPACT with governments, UN agencies, NGOs and donors across the MENA region.
• Develop and implement regional fundraising strategies and build new partnerships.
• Collaborate closely with independent missions in Syria and OPT to ensure coherence of regional activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in humanitarian programme management or regional coordination.
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of MENA humanitarian context and donor landscape.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement skills.
