Production Senior Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Production Senior Supervisor to lead the full sales cycle of our disruptive software products. You will work closely with all departments, qualify customer needs, negotiate contracts and deliver compelling software demos. The role combines creativity with rigorous execution, requiring a proactive, "get it done" attitude.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and objectives.
• Qualify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements.
• Master and present software demos to prospects and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Passion for software products.
• Excellent written English.
• Highly creative, autonomous and proactive.
• Valid work permit for Belgium.

Required skills

• Google Adwords experience.
