About the role

Therapmee is looking for a dedicated Psychological Support Service Provider to deliver online mental‑health assistance to clients in Jordan. The role combines direct client support, video‑based content creation, and occasional training sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one psychological support services to clients via online platforms.
• Participate in sponsored video productions and appear on camera for educational content.
• Design and deliver training workshops or sessions when required.
• Maintain a consistent schedule of appointments and adhere to agreed working hours.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year experience in delivering psychological support services.
• Native Arabic speaker; English proficiency is a plus.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content.
• Willingness to have professional videos and educational material published online.
• Commitment to the prescribed working schedule (6 days/week, 6 hours/day).
