Receptionist

About the role

This position supports the sales function by handling front‑desk duties, customer inquiries, and sales administration. The role combines showroom hospitality with coordination of sales activities to ensure a smooth customer experience and efficient sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain availability of sales materials such as catalogues and brochures and support company events.
• Prepare and share weekly/monthly sales reports covering showroom traffic, customer visits and invoicing data.
• Monitor reception traffic, calculate qualified leads daily and respond to all customer inquiries via phone, email or other channels.
• Prepare accurate quotations, offers and contracts, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Coordinate product delivery, report shortages and verify pricing accuracy against approved price lists.
• Update and maintain customer profiles and CRM data, log complaints and follow up on service tickets.
• Collaborate with finance on receivables, collections timelines and invoice compliance.
• Manage front‑desk operations, greet visitors, answer calls, keep the showroom clean and organized, and schedule appointments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Knowledge of customer service principles, sales support processes and basic sales reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
