RPA Maintenance Scheduling Technician II – Deployment Pool

About the role

The RPA Mx ASD Technician II will join a Deployment Pool supporting aircraft maintenance scheduling across CONUS and OCONUS locations. The role ensures accurate planning, documentation, and readiness of remotely piloted aircraft and related equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual utilization schedules for RPA maintenance.
• Oversee the Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) process and ensure proper documentation in IMDS and/or CEMS.
• Supervise and maintain aircraft/equipment records within IMDS/CEMS library files.
• Collect, review and file documentation for planning and scheduling of maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records for engines, munitions, missiles, AGE configurations, and special inspections.
• Train lower‑level ASD personnel to sustain mission readiness.
• Perform any additional duties as directed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent military/vocational training.
• Minimum three years of aircraft plans and scheduling experience.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities; able to work under deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Eligibility for OCONUS deployment, including medical screening and ability to lift >50 lb.
• U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance obtained within the past 12 months.
• Proficiency in English (read, write, speak).
