About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Sales Associate to engage with prospective and existing customers, understand their needs and guide them through the purchasing process. The role involves generating sales, building relationships and contributing to both individual and team revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, or in‑person channels.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.
• Generate and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process from initial inquiry to purchase.
• Handle questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Follow up with prospects to increase sales and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM or other company systems.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Track sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and internal teams to ensure a positive experience.
• Stay informed about products, services, promotions, and sales processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, account management or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Proven ability to meet individual and team performance targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work.
• Professional, proactive and customer‑oriented attitude.
• English proficiency for communicating with English‑speaking customers.
