Sales Representative – Neuromodulation, Neurovascular and Pelvic Health

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to drive growth of its Neuromodulation, Neurovascular and Pelvic Health portfolio across indirect markets. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be the primary commercial contact for distributors and customers, collaborating with clinical, marketing and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets and expand market share for the Neuromodulation, Neurovascular and Pelvic Health portfolio.
• Manage distributor performance through business planning, target setting, regular reviews and corrective actions.
• Lead forecasting, demand planning, inventory management and pipeline reviews.
• Develop territory growth plans, pricing strategies and go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, hospital management, procurement stakeholders and distributor leadership.
• Support customer engagement, congress participation, physician education and market development programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management or related field.
• 5+ years of commercial experience in medical devices, preferably Neuromodulation, Neurovascular or Pelvic Health.
• Proven track record of delivering sustainable revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
• Experience with distributor‑led business models, territory management, forecasting and inventory management.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, willingness to travel extensively across assigned markets.
