About the role

The Amman Academy is seeking a dedicated Counselor to support the wellbeing and development of its students aged 3 to 19. This role is based on the school campus in Amman and works closely with staff and families.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in counselling, psychology, early childhood development or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience working with children in schools or similar settings.
• Non‑criminal record certificate.
