Senior Opportunities Management – T&T QRM

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Senior professional to support and advise client‑facing consulting teams on opportunity and risk management. The role involves cross‑border collaboration across the Deloitte network, helping to ensure delivery excellence and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform initial risk screenings of opportunities and proposals, identifying commercial, delivery, compliance and operational risks.
• Maintain structured risk logs, trackers and version‑controlled repositories of risk‑related documentation.
• Prepare risk summaries, key issues and supporting data for governance meetings.
• Track action items, decisions and approvals from governance meetings, ensuring audit readiness.
• Review proposal documents to flag standard risk indicators and ensure alignment with internal policies.
• Liaise with stakeholders such as Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal and QRM to align on risk matters.
• Follow up on risk mitigation actions and provide data‑driven insights.
• Develop structured reports and dashboards on risk status, governance outcomes and trends.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks across multiple dimensions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑changing environment.
• Experience in consulting or professional services risk management.
