Social Media Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Account Manager to join our team in Amman. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing their social media presence and ensuring content aligns with brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day social media accounts and maintain client communication.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute monthly content calendars.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and content creators to produce engaging assets.
• Develop creative content ideas tailored to each brand.
• Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics, audience growth, and engagement.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Follow up with clients on approvals, requirements, and deliverables.
• Stay current with social media trends, formats, and platform updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media or account management.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Professional, energetic, confident, and client‑focused demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
