Social Media & Content Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Social Media & Content Specialist to join bite’s team in Amman. The role is hands‑on and creative, responsible for planning, producing and publishing engaging content across the company’s social platforms while supporting broader content initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant channels.
• Create posts, stories, reels and short‑form video content, including concept, script, caption and visual production.
• Shoot and/or assist in the production of social media assets.
• Publish content and handle day‑to‑day community engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse reach and engagement, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design and product teams on campaigns, app features, merchant promotions and brand initiatives.
• Support content creation for the Tatbeeqi brand, including blog articles and business‑focused marketing material.
• Stay up‑to‑date with trends in food, lifestyle, social media and digital culture.

Required profile

• Experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing or a related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong writing and communication abilities.
• Ability to develop creative concepts and turn them into publishable content.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects, deadlines and content calendars.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to appear on‑camera is a strong plus.
