Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing team. The role is ideal for someone who can plan, manage, and optimize social media activities across different platforms, while supporting marketing campaigns, brand visibility, audience engagement, and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead social media content planning and development in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Plan, execute, optimize, and report on social media activities across the company’s digital platforms.
• Develop and manage monthly, always‑on, and campaign content calendars aligned with business priorities.
• Coordinate and publish content across relevant social media channels.
• Brief and follow up with creative teams, agencies, influencers, and production partners to ensure timely content delivery.
• Monitor content performance, prepare regular reports and provide clear recommendations.
• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, video views, traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, platform updates, and new digital opportunities.
• Support influencer marketing initiatives and content collaborations.
• Ensure all social media content aligns with brand guidelines and communication objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Content Marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Experience managing paid social campaigns and audience targeting.
• Preferred background in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, Retail, Digital Agencies, or E‑commerce.
