About the role
The Spa Service Expert (Receptionist) supports essential spa functions at a JW Marriott property in Jordan. You will create memorable guest experiences by promoting spa services, handling reservations, and ensuring smooth check‑in and payment processes. The role requires a friendly, professional presence and the ability to work on your feet throughout the shift.
Key responsibilities
- Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
- Schedule reservations, confirm appointments, and manage the reservation software.
- Answer guest inquiries about spa offerings and provide accurate information.
- Check‑in guests, process payments, and handle transaction details.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming spa environment.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting objects up to 10 lb (or 25 lb with assistance), and moving equipment on varied surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
